Drone Chief Instructor @ Exadatum

As a Drone Chief Instructor, you will play a crucial role in developing and delivering training programs for remote pilots. You will be responsible for leading a team of instructors and ensuring the delivery of comprehensive and effective training courses.

Responsibilities

• Develop and update training curriculum for remote pilot training courses
• Lead a team of instructors and provide guidance and support
• Deliver training sessions and conduct practical flight exercises
• Evaluate and assess student performance and provide feedback
• Stay up to date with industry regulations and best practices
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth training operations
• Manage training resources, including equipment and materials
• Conduct periodic reviews and make improvements to training programs

Requirements

• Possess a valid remote pilot license
• Extensive experience in drone operations and flight training
• Strong knowledge of aviation regulations and safety procedures
• Proven experience in instructional design and curriculum development
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to lead and inspire a team of instructors
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic environment
